Hello, we are Jim and Mira. We have lived in Jacksonville for over 20 years now. We are here on LYS to sell stuff as we attempt to declutter our home.

Please read below if you are interested in our items.

If you are interested in anything that we have, please let us know via email.

Please only contact us if you are serious about getting any items that we have. That way we don't waste each other's time. (It just seems like lately we'll get emails w/ "Is this or that available?"; "I really want this"; "I'll pick it up". We give our phone # & address out, and then nothing. If you're not serious about actually coming to get an item, then why bother with the emails asking about it or saying you really want it?) We do not give out our address through email anymore because we've had numerous people show up unexpectedly, especially ones where an agreement wasn't even made. If you are interested in any item/items that we have, we will give you our # in the email. If we hear from you, we'll assume that you're interested & only then will we give you our home address.

Please be courteous as you would want people to be courteous to you.

We will not make phone calls to you about items we're selling. We've done that in the past, only to get either a voicemail where we would leave a message, and then nothing, no return calls, nothing. This has happened to us countless times. So, for that reason, if you want something, you will make the call. So, if you leave a # for us to call you in a message, we won't call back. So, please remember that when emailing us about something you're interested in.

We will not hold items. First come, first serve. The reason for this is because we have been burned too many times. Sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Exact change is greatly appreciated when purchasing items, as we do not keep change on hand.

All items are local pick up only at our home in Jacksonville as we will not ship or deliver any of our items.

Please feel free to inspect all items prior to purchase. Afterwards, make sure you have everything that you came for prior to leaving. That way, you leave with having a pleasant buyer/seller experience. Once items leave our home, all sales are final and will not be accepted for returns.
