HomeVestors in Southeastern NC is seeking applicants to fill our Office Coordinator position.
* Answering customer calls, using a Buy Call Script to assist callers who want to sell their homes. Obsessed with satisfying our customers!
* Research online property data
* On Time Closings! Manage closing process.
* Scheduling appointments for Buyers
* Prepare materials for Buy Call Packets
* Managing calendar to coordinate closings, property maintenance, etc.
* Assist with onsite property evaluation
* Assist Office Manager with reports, advertising & marketing campaigns
* Update customer lists, inventory & goals reports
Qualified Applicants Will…
* Be OBSESSED with satisfying our customers
* Be able to work minimum 4 hrs/day, 20hrs/wk, with potential to increase to 40 hrs/week
* Mon-Fri, 9am – 5:30pm
* Have great attention to detail
* Have super phone skills
* Have experience with the internet, Word, Excel and Office.
Note; Real Estate experience is a plus but not required.
